The book includes: 15 poems dedicated each one to a different Mystery of the Catholic faith (the Passion, the Resurrection, etc.); an elegy dedicated to the author’s mother; 11 poems which were published by Tallone in two previous editions, entitled Amore ultimo (1979) and La luce infinita (1984); finally, a recollection about the life and poetry of Carlo Saggio written by Leila Corbetta.

Volume in 4to format of 138 pages typeset by hand in the Caslon types, derived from the original punches cut by William Caslon in the 18th century.

The volume is housed in a hand-made slipcase and box, custom made to an exact size, whose exteriors are covered with Ingres paper. The book title is letterpress-printed on the slipcase’s spine.

Limited and numbered print run of 270 copies on off-white wove Magnani paper.

This is an ordinary copy.

The special copies are as follows:

- 60 on Amatruda paper made in Amalfi (images and prices on request);

- 18 copies on Chinese paper (images and prices on request).
